Any suggestions for good audio (podcasts, audiobooks, lectures, etc...) for internal medicine internship? Thanks.

All of the major journals have podcasts; honestly, none are particularly great. Annals probably has the best, and NEJM's podcast is pretty decent too. I wouldn't bother with JAMA's or the Lancet's.

For a good review of the basics (DDx, targeted H&Ps, appropriate tests, red flags, etc.), check out the podcasts for the Merck Manual of Patient Symptoms. Over 80 podcasts, each one about 10-20 min, some more useful than others. Dry but high-yield. Some of my favorites are Acute Abdominal Pain, Chest Pain, and Neck and Back Pain.
