I have heard that with the MCAT, once completed you will be given an option to audit it, as in not count it towards your records.

Does this apply to the OAT as well?

I believe so, but to be honest I felt I did terrible and ended up doing fine.

When you completed the exam, it displayed all your scores automatically? Did the screen give you an option to audit the scores?

There was a guy at the desk who printed off my 'unofficial' scores. They did not change.

I don't remember if I had the option to audit or not, but I believe you could at the computer before you got up and left the testing room. Once you leave, you can get your unofficial scores from whoever is working at the center before you leave. Actual scores take around 30 days to become official.

To most schools we can scan and email the unofficial scores so they can make their decision, right?

There's a place on Optomcas to input scores. I believe you can check a box that says they're unofficial as the real scores are mailed to them directly.

I contacted testing services and they said you cannot audit it. However, with the MCAT, you can. They should make this option available for students.
