Quick question -- how important is it to do rotations in 4th year... does it really help? also, specifically about the univ of kentucky program, which is likely one of my top choices, offers a clinical clerkship in anes but also a anes ICU month, which sounds tough. would it be better to do icu at a program that i am less interested in? would I still get an opportunity to get to know the anes program and let them get to know me doing ICU? also, should i book it for the beginning of 4th year before interview time or save it for later? thanks in advance, amy
