We all know Augmentin is suppose to be refrigerated but how long can it be left out of the fridge like what is the cut of time? The reason i ask is because i keep hearing different answers with little validation as to how they got that answer.

It can't be left out of the fridge. The package insert would have to list the "excursions permitted".
