Is it possible to apply for the class starting in January 2007, if one is to take the August 2006 MCAT?

Yes, it is. Just make sure to get ALL of your application (sans MCAT) in before October and then they will review it all as soon as the scores arrive, (and in some cases will give a thumbs up depending on a certain score).
