Just in case anyone is interested, I was looking at Optometry.org and the National summary statistics for Basic Science are as follows:


Total questions: 429 (435 on test, so 6 were thrown out)
Mean Score (raw) : 260
Pass-Fail Cutoff Score (raw): 263
Pass Rate for this Test: 50%


I'm not sure how many folks took the test this time.

it has the stats and analysis from all of the previous board exams, question dist, passing scores, passing percentages, etc.

If it's the scores from December, it's always lower because that's the re-test for people who failed the first session.
