2. High yield: OB/GYN (vaginal bleeding heavily tested), Neuro, Inf. Diseases, Medico-legal issues (malpractice, etc.)
3. Know your ekg's and rhythm strips
4. OMM incorporated into vignettes. Style of questions more clinically based, NOT lesions type questions like on step 1.
