August MCAT -> When should we expect Interviews?

If we took MCAT for the first time in August, will we be waiting a couple of months for interviews?

Probably yes. Last I heard, they were already scheduling into December. Relax and take a vacation 😀 (provided you aren't afraid that they'll call to schedule and you won't be home)
