I'm little confused. Did you guys took the Aug 2004 MCAT and are getting accepted for class of 2006?

This is completely off the topic, but since all of you guys took august mcat I feel I will get a better feedback here. I'm planning to take the Aug 2005 MCAT and wanting to apply this year (for class of 2006). You think I can make it?

Yes, you are a little confused. We all took the August 2004 MCAT and the listings are all for the schools we have been accepted to for the entering Class of 2005. If you are taking the August 2005 MCAT, you can apply for the entering Class of 2006. You will be on the same track as we are, just a year later. Good luck :luck:

Hey,

I took the August 2004 MCAT, interviewed at Harvard late January and got into Harvard. I did not apply to Yale.

Excellent! I didn't see it on the listings on this thread, so I was just wondering if being an August MCATer was the reason I didn't get in. Obviously, that wasn't it. 😀

It would take effort if they actually replied the proper way by quoting the list. However, I assume people don't realize they can do this and they just copy and paste the existing list into the Quick Reply window, thus killing the bolds. It never ceases to amaze me that people can be intelligent enough to get into med school and use an internet message board, but cannot figure out how to maintain the format of said message board. Since I was an April MCATer, I'll stop my (hopefully) informative rant, remove myself from the Aug MCAT thread, and get back to my school work.

why?

people are just going to mess up the bolding in the future anyway. if you want to rebold it, then do so.. but i think posting an older list and asking people to update that screws up the integrity of this thread more so than the lack of bolding..

ok, whatever, then go back to the unbolded format...it is not that difficult to keep it bolded. We're all going to be doing much more complicated stuff as doctors. 😕
