I know for the NERB there are a handful of things you can do to fail the exam and know it before you even finish that day: open contact, not removing all the caries, not getting into dentin...etc. Do these same things apply for the WREB? I saw that in the grading you would get a 2 for leaving caries in that section of internal form, but does that mean you've failed the exam?

any advice would be helpful!!! Im taking the exam really soon!!! :xf:

As far as know Diastema those rules apply to WREB as well....so, in doubt if there's caries or not it better you ask for an extension and loose 0.3 points then fail....

actually in the guiding book they have explained all the citerias.
as my experience, I got pink slip because, one of the examiners(there are 3) found one spot soft dentin on my gingival floor of my class II box! then floor examiner advice me to remove that. hopefuly I passed restorative exam.
hope it helps.following the guiding book is really important.

according to my experince if u leave d caries in WREB and after that u get d pink slip then u must loose it,i think WREB is really hard but it depends on luck too

caries remaining in WREB is automatic failure
