Touro-NV doesn't.
I received an interview invite to Touro-NV with out submitting a secondary. I think they required it if I was going to interview though. I don't think that means they are automatic though?

Great question...What about Western U? Anyone?

Touro-MI pre-screens applicants. This year they estimated 4,000 primaries and granted 2,000 secondaries.

I'm pretty sure Western screens for secondaries, but they do offer interviews before secondaries are complete for some applicants.

They do screen.

CCOM also screens. They have cutoff for GPA and MCAT.

its 2.75 for CCOM and NYCOM. they won't send u a secondary if u're UG GPA is below this (i called and asked) so u'd be wasting money on the AACOMAS for these schools if ur gpa isn't > 2.75

i'm not sure how they screen if they do. i got offered an interview in march (which is sorta late) with a GPA way below 3.0 (but 3.62 grad GPA (in a sci), 3.89 cum post-bacc/4.0 BCPM post-bacc GPA, MCAT > 30) and i'm OOS/non-NW
