Hi!

Do you know any good and comprehensive books on autopsies?- im especially interested in the technical precedures but preferrably also some kind of atlas for macro-findings and their relevance for cause of death.

In my opinion, Robbins is the best general autopsy reference. There's nothing in it about dissection, but that's all learned on the job anyway.

Spitz and Fisher's Medicolegal Investigation of Death is probably the bible of Forensic pathology, but way overkill for most residents unless that is your career aspiration (and perhaps even then).

For a general autopsy book, I like the one by finkbeiner. good pictures, descriptions of technique, etc. For a book talking about causes of death and such, the one by dolinak is informative and easy to read.
