Autopsy Question

For all you Path students:

What would the Autopsy for a person that overdosed on the anesthetic sodium thiopental be like as far as histology and toxicology are concerned?????


Any takers?

Note I am not a med student yet. Just curious.

I think that the histology would be pretty unremarkable. It would just look like respiratory depression/acidosis, whatever that looks like. Cause of death would be determined by toxicology.
