What is the fastest possible ventricular pulse originating from the SA node? This is assuming that there are no aberrant conduction pathways. Aka, how fast can the AV node possibly repolarize in order to conduct another beat?

It depends. Younger people can get their HR up higher than older people. I'm sure there are individual variations as well.
