Average character count on extracur/ works section

WHat is the average character count that you are using up in each box?
I have around 350-400 out of the 750 character limit.. but i feel like it is not enough...

Should I be putting down what I learned and gained from the experience?

I believe most are keeping them pretty short. One of mine consisted of 3-4 sentences.
