I would personally remove Mayo and add both Cornell and USC-Keck. Hofstra too if you want one more. You'll get more bang for your buck.

If you're looking to cut, I would remove Baylor and maybe Case Western, but I think your list looks 100% fine. There's virtually no chance you won't get in anywhere.
