Using "financial aid" is a very broad term. If you are speaking of grants/scholarships, medical schools do give those things but I don't think it's all that common. If you are referring to financial aid that the government awards you based on what the school says you need, pending your credit isn't a negative number, I think most schools COA offer students enough money to live comfortably (aka - you have food, shelter, a few extra bucks). I only say this based on what I was offered for my upcoming M1; I was offered enough that while I won't drive a Benz, I certainly won't struggle.
