What is a genuine starting salary for a periodontist?
Working in faculty or private practice? Which states are best?

Fresh out the gate - Full time Corp or private practice around 250k base salary vs 45% production ::: rich areas, where people have lots of cash and care about a specialist doing their implants while maintaining their optimal periodontal health::: in Georgia, Texas, Ohio, PA, California, Jersey city or rich suburbs outside of New York City like Long Island or west Chester, Miami or Tampa we’re people got cash, some rural upcoming areas that have an airport, Rhode Island, Tennessee, missipi - areas where rich people like to smoke cigarettes

Thanks. How easy is it to get a job straight after residency? Corps would not be too bad for a year or two? Is that 250k for taking 45%?

From my knowledge it is the base OR 45% of production whatever is higher. Not sure about the availability of jobs. The guys I know don't have a problem. If anything they are deciding on that or a practice.
