OCONUS here, anyone else have issues with AVHE?

Been working great for years (Accessing AHLTA from home), suddenly cannot access and their 24 hour support is not very helpful.

Regardless, ticket created... been sitting for more more than 1 week without access, this is getting ridiculous.
Ugh, DHA needs to get their IT act together.
