So apparently in AVRT (for example with WPW syndroe) you can get a tachyarrythmia if the the impulse passes through SA node then A/V node, and then passes up the accessory pathway and then loops back to A/V node, this will cause the tachyarrythmia. My question is, hows this possible when the A/V node regulates impulses since it AV node has it's refractory period?
