Hi Everybody,
I'm a current M3 looking at surgery programs in Chicago and was wondering if anybody had any insight into what away rotations would be like at the various programs. I somewhat know the city and the pros/cons of location, so I'm really looking for advice on program strengths/weaknesses, what would be good for an away as a med student, etc...
Briefly about me... School now in the NE, from the midwest originally. Long time interest in surgery/research, 2 pubs (1 first author), average Step I, top 10% of class, AOA likely, decent to good ECs/leadership.
I know I'm really behind the ball on this, but any input would be much appreciated! Thanks a bunch.👍
