Away rotations and question

Contemplating aways at the following locations:

-UC Irvine
-UC San Diego
-Colorado
-USF
-Vanderbilt
-Emory
-Miami

If you have any experience/advice about possible away rotations at said schools please holla at this derm-wannabe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, is it a good idea to contact away rotations directly now even before the rotations open up on VSAS? If so any advice on what to ask about/say to them this early in the game?

Emory away rotation counts as a interview and USF from what I hear has a separate interview day for away rotators.
