Away Rotations you can schedule now?

So I've been looking into various programs, and I narrowed down a few university based programs that I wanted to do an away at only to realize they don't start accepting applications from visiting students as early as May. The programs stated they have to give preference to there students first. So does anyone have a list of programs that will allow you to schedule away electives now for the upcoming 2012-2013 year?

Also does anyone know what university based programs offer free housing to students? I would like to do some traveling in my 4th year of med school.
