Awful Formatting?

Is anyone having an issue with the formatting? It's like last time everything got messed up and looked like the early 200s, but everything is also spaced out weirdly.

Edit: The 2008 style doesn't seem to have the same issue.

2017 Blue (but switched now to 2008).

Edit: Went back to 2017, working fine but switched to 2013 For what I'm used to (new update to 2017?)

Yes, the 2017 one is new. It was probably a caching issue.
