I recently posted a thread asking people's opion about my chances of getting accepted to AZCOM based on my scores, exp., etc.....Many of the replies suggested that since i have received an interview the adcom likes me on paper and wants to see I and my personality is a 'good fit' their program. I would like to ask any of those peopel who have been accepted to AZCOM if they could answer my question of what type of personality are the adcoms people looking for?

Thanks!!

I think the best personality to use is your own. What a silly question. Just believe in yourself and be yourself, acting like somebody else is only going to hinder you.

[n] the complex of all the attributes--behavioral, temperamental, emotional and mental--that characterize a unique individual

Keywords = unique individual

I don't think AZCOM is looking for a different personality than any other school in the country. You must show your compassion for medicine/patients, express your knowledge about medicine today, express how you will deal with hardships of medical school and the daily hardships of a physician, what brings you to osteopathy... a combination of some of these, all done in a mature way. I met you at one of my interviews and am certain they will like what you have to offer as a person.
