UoP says you have to have a B. Do they count the + or - or is a B a B

Except the website mentions nothing about a minimum grade required in a prereq...

So I don't know where you heard that, but it seems like it isn't true.

It probably doesn't say you 'have to' have a 'B'. Are you sure it doesn't say you should have a 'B'? I read the site and all I see is that it says that many of the accepted applicants received a 'B' or better in the pre-req courses. A very vague statement.

I agree with Fonz, I have never really heard of any school saying you MUST have a B in all your pre-reqs, most schools just recommend it. Good luck.
