SUNY Buffalo (in New York) offers the 7-year BS/DDS program with a number of undergraduate colleges. Here is the info straight from their website.
BS/DDS Combined-Degree Program
The BS/DDS combined-degree program is a seven-year program developed with several colleges across New York State. Designed for individuals who have a clear career focus prior to entering college, the program allows students to complete both a bachelor?s degree and a doctor of dental surgery degree in seven years. The UB School of Dental Medicine has combined-degree agreements with Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), LeMoyne College (Syracuse, NY), State University College at Geneseo, St. Lawrence University (St. Lawrence, NY), and Utica College of Syracuse University (Utica, NY). Students complete the first three years of the program at the undergraduate institution and the last four years at the School of Dental Medicine. The BS degree is awarded by the participating undergraduate school upon the completion of the first year of dental school. To allow for the completion of the bachelor?s degree, participants must major in either biology or chemistry. Students apply to the BS/DDS combined-degree program through the participating undergraduate school.
I would highly recommend the 7-year route if you know this is what you want to do. I did one of these programs myself and am currently in my 6th year (out of 7) and I can't wait to get done with school in general. Each undergrad school has a different requirement you have to fufill before you can start dental school. The undergrad I attended currently requires you to maintain a 3.5 (which isn't that hard at this school) and score at least an 18 on only the PAT.
I think the dental school in New Jersey (UMDNJ) offers a similar program with a number of undergrad schools in NJ.
