No, just continue with your schooling and extracurricular activities. If you have listed that you will be completing the pre-req's you should be fine. A lot of my friends have had interviews during their fall quarter in college and once they are done with college, they are off to professional school. Some like to do it that way, some like to take a year off and apply after they graduate from college. For you though, if you get accepted, you will have to fulfill all the promises on your application. If you say you are taking this course in the spring of 2011, you will have to take it and try not to fail the course because they can pull your acceptance. Also if you decide to change some classes, you should notify the school you have been admitted to about the changes and send in the official transcript after your quarter/semester has been completed.
