Few questions on this part of the application:

In part of the section it asks...
Have you ever been found to have violated a school rule, policy or procedure, or an honor code; or have you otherwise been disqualified, put on probation, suspended, dismissed, expelled, or otherwise been subject to disciplinary action at any college/university in connection to misconduct? Please include any and all instances of misconduct, regardless of whether the school maintains a record of such misconduct or formal action, or whether it appears on your transcript.

My freshman year I was a rebel/prankster and got in trouble about three times with the RA's and had to talk to the Dorm Adviser. Should I put this down? Will this negatively affect me?

In the last part of this section is states...
Dental students interact with patients from many backgrounds. Other than English, indicate any language in which you feel comfortable conversing with native speakers

I took 2 full years of Spanish my freshman/sophomore year. I could talk to a native on very very barbaric terms. Would it even be worth it to put it down or should I just leave it out?

Anything is fair game in interviews. I would imagine it would be pretty awkward if your interviewer knew fluent Spanish and grills you on it. But if ya know it pretty well, I say go for it!

Answer to first question... Absolutely not.

Absolutely not as in I shouldn't put it down on the application
or
Absolutely not as in it won't hurt my chances of getting accepted

Thanks.
