Conditional Acceptance Background Check keeps telling me "Your access information is currently not on file with ApplicationStation."

I input my AADSAS ID, DENTPIN, Last Name, and City of Birth when prompted, and it spits out "Your access information is currently not on file with ApplicationStation." I'm stuck on an endless loop of this. Is anyone going through this too? Did anyone actually complete this application entirely? Perhaps I'm doing this too early, so I should wait?
