What if we don't know whether we are related or not to a dentists or dental assistant through a marriage. I have a number of cousins and distant cousins and they all may be married to various families who may have one or more dentists or hygenists (I have a large family). Could failure to list down any of these possible dental relatives cause my application to be nullified? Thanks!

I dont think they are asking about faaaar distant family. Unless its direct distant family.

So either your direct family. Or any of your direct cousins + partner


So, mentioning that your cousins-cousins husbands daughter is a hygienist probably is not gonna make or break you..
