I use songza.com while studying (like pandora but IMO better). Also kind of weird but while studying for step 1, I got into just listening to rain (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FApn8kkQvPI) - kept me focused and got rid of background noise.

I use 8tracks.com
They have a wide variety of hashtags for study music, in various diff genres (from chill dubstep to classical to soundtracks). I'd recommend you trying to see which one works for you. For me personally, it depends on my study mood or what subject I'm studying. But you can never go wrong with Baroch music

On a more serious note, I always get distracted by beautiful pieces.

House/techno/glitch work best for me.

But you can never go wrong with Baroch music
