Is this a bad Anki cloze card? Anki pros please let me know...

I would personally do:

{{c1::'porins}} allow passage of certain {{c2::ions}} and {{c2::small polar molecules}}. They {{c3::increase}} the rate of passing in the {{c4::kidney}} and {{c4::'plant root cells}}.
