What is your ultimate goal in training? If it's IM, why not go for a categorical spot? A 215 isn't going to be the reason you don't match.

Your home program is a very good place to start. Any programs in "less desirable" cities would also be a good idea.
You could check the nrmp data from last year to see which programs didn't fill. (http://www.nrmp.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Main-Match-Results-and-Data-2016.pdf) It will give you a good idea of some programs which aren't very competitive. You'll also see that there are some transitional year programs which didn't fill (Hurley Hospital in Flint, Michigan for example) which might be good targets for you.
If you are really concerned, you could also apply to a few prelim surgery programs. It would make for a rough year, but it's just a year!
