I have a little bit of a weird gpa trend:
cGPA: freshman (3.83), sophomore (3.94), junior (3.82), senior 3.80) = 3.83 TOTAL
sGPA: freshman (3.79), sophomore (3.94), junior (3.59), senior (3.70) = 3.77 TOTAL

ORM and T10 undergrad- specifically concerned about the sGPA dip junior year. Is this something that is significant enough to raise red flags/hurt my chances at MD programs? Is it something that'll require an explanation? Thanks in advance!

That dip is what, like one B in your 4ish science classes those two semesters? You’re being neurotic in my opinion.

You are just fine, @tryingmyhardest1234 . Consider the broad strokes and less so the details.

Only on SDN is this a downward trend.

Back on planet Earth, you're fine. U-shaped trends are very common.
