Bad Experiences on STEP II CS?

I took CS in Philadelphia and found the people there to be friendly and profesional. While on the residency interview trail I met a couple of people who said that the LA test site was mean. One of my classmates just took CS a week ago in LA and he said that the proctors were yelling at the medical students! Has anybody else experienced this?
