Bad Semester Help?!

Hi all,

I'm planning to graduate now after my junior year but I've been having a bad semester. I think I'll end up with straight B's all across. So far my past 3 semesters have been 4.0's with a GPA of 3.87 and sGPA of 4.0 before this semester. How detrimental would this last semester be if I ended with a 3.0 GPA? I am taking relatively difficult classes (all upper level biology courses actually: immunology, biochem, biochem lab, animal physiology).
My DAT score is AA 22, TS 21, PAT 30 btw.
