I got a C, B, B 🙁. Last quarter I got A, A, and B. The quarter before that I got all A's. The C I got was in the pre-req Chem class before I go into Chem 161, 162 and 163. Should I re-take it or just take 161 ???

I didnt find Chem hard at all. I would study for the exams for days before the actually exam, but what the instructor told us to study would never be on the exam. 😡

I'm doing the same thing Just moving on to Gen Chm this fall..

I took 18 credits this past spring got a few a 's, 1 b and 2 c's and a D in the intro lab (didn't study or go). I still finished with 3.0 while working full time
C's in gen bio and intro chm... 😡

Just make sure your grades stay in above B going forward... You might have to retake it later to raise your gpa, but I wouldn't worry about it now if you think you can go forward with out any problems into gen Chm.

Don't worry about it, a C here and there isn't a big deal. Also, retaking isn't as worthwhile as it seems because they just average the grades together, IE, you get 4 units of C, and then retake it and get 4 units of A, that equals out to 8 units of B, and will bring your GPA even closer to 3.0, now, if your GPA is under 3.0, might be more worthwhile. Tough I'd just suggest doing better on the Chem section of your DAT.
