🤣 you guys think this is abusive? This is day to day at a couple of the hospitals I did residency. Always told to ignore it and get through as they make oodles of money and the facility will not side against the surgeon.
Eg. Abusive orthopod shouting at the top of his lungs at everyone in the room, massive popping neck and forehead veins; keeps pointing and repeatedly squeezing a skin stapler at the circulator. She tells him to stop. Her says "relax, nothing can happen due to the built in safety mechanism, it has to be pressed against something to deploy". Somehow (squeezing one too many times?), it deployed, and a staple from the (used) skin stapler hits the circulator. Gets "anger management training " from admin.
