Just a tip, I find that the Facebook groups for incoming medical students are way more helpful/ productive for finding roommates and answering random other questions than posting on SDN for the whole world to see. On my school's Facebook group, older students join to promote the empty space in their house or what have you, and then it's handy because you can ask them other questions about classes/health insurance/ whatever. I found my future roommate on my Facebook group (we exchanged some messages and had some phone dates first).

Anyway, here's the one for Hopkins: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_166293563407898

Good luck with housing!
