Barron's AP Bio reliable?

I just picked up the 3rd edition of Barron's AP Bio for the first time for the plants section after reading cliffs, and within a couple of pages I see, "Megaspores develop into male gametophytes. Microspores develop into female gametophytes" on page 261. Is this book reliable or full of these kinds of mistakes?

Not using Barron's, but I'd certainly be wary of that.

You should also take a look at Ferali's Bio notes if you haven't.

I thought Barron's was pretty reliable and accurate.
There isn't much plants stuff on the real DAT so I didn't pay much attention to that section

That definitely isn't always the case! Speaking from experience.
