1. what is wrong with this statement:

"Vitamin C: excess excreted by kidneys, important in collagen synthesis, antiosidant."
it gotta be the last two right?

2. the following are all forms of prezygotic reproduction isolation mechanisms EXCEPT:
a. gametic
b. mechanical
c. reduced hybrid viablitiy
d. ecological
e. temporal

The answer is C, but can someone explain the other choices and why they are wrong? I chose temporal!!!


3. during transcription:
a. the information contained within RNA is transferred to a polypeptide
b. the information contained within the polypeptide seq is transferred to RNA
c. information from nucleic acids is moved to protein
d. RNA molecules are formed from DNA templates by a process not unlike DNA replication
E. tRNA functions as an important interpreter

I chose D but the key says C!!!! 😕

I would just stop using Barrons because it has just way too many errors and will take away studying time from you trying to find them all, if you even do find them.

C is a postzygotic reproduction isolation (after the fusion of the gametes) and the rest are prezygotic isolation mechanisms.

relax dude you totally pwned number 3. Im telling you they got the ******ed guy from office space to write the answer key. I thought i got all of them right and was shocked at how many i missed. There are worse mistakes than those, though
