I would really love it if I could get some opinions on Barrow. I was quite impressed during my visit there but my concern is that although it is a good program, it is not a university program and it is not well-known outside of the neurology community. What's the general consensus on this program and how is it perceived by the neurology community? I know that it is one of the top programs in neurosurgery and that US News ranked it #6 or #7 for neurosurgery/neurology combined, but what's its reputation in just the field of neurology?
