Is Barry University's Podiatric program good?

ALL of the programs are good; they are just different in some ways. Each has its own little personality and some people fit in better at one school than another. Barry is unique in that the podiatry school is part of a university that grants undergrad and graduate degrees in many fields, not just healthcare. So, you have all kinds of activities. After class, you can walk over to the diamond and watch a baseball game, take a swim, workout, or go to a play or concert...all on the same campus. The entire area, and the university, are extremely diverse. There are literally students from over a hundred countries on campus. No other program can really offer that...BUT that may not be what you are looking for. Out of the eight schools, I'm sure that at least one will be a fit for you.

Is Barry University's Podiatric program good?

Currently I am a P1 at Barry...I'm not positive about this info. However, I have be told this program has strenghts the others may not. I 'll give you more info about as I communicate with members of other schools. So far I have heard that some of our courses are taught more intensely vs. Ohio school of pod med. But you must remember this is hear say and should not be your final reason for choosing a school. If you have visited Barry you noticed that it is a beautiful smaller campus. Regarding classes, the work load is serious and no curves are in affect in any of the classes. Let me know if this was any help and if you have any more questions.
