I would like to appologize for my previous obrupt answer as I did not fully read your question...you wanted an explanation so here it goes:

Q.
1. G C
2. A T
3. G U
4. C T
5. A U

#1 this pairing occurs in both DNA and RNA...therefore not the answer to the question

#2 CORRECT answer because A=T ( "=" meaning 2 H-bonds) in DNA, however A=U in RNA

#3 G only binds C (3 H bonds) in both RNA and DNA

#4 same explanation as #3

#5 A=U doesnt occur in DNA

if you want me to rephrase this or other questions..feel free to msg me
