Agreed, now that I reread and see it says stop and not start.

Yeah I mean I figured the 2 months of ibuprofen every day made it pretty clear the next easiest thing to do is lay off the ibuprofen and see what happens. Plus no nausea, vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea.

Yep, its not ZES.

The high dose Ibuprofen seems the most likely culprit here.

(and even if it were ZES, the initial tx would be the same - stop Ibuprofen and start PPI).
