I'm guessing I won't need to recall that M2 receptors are coupled to Gi receptors which lower CAMP and all that ridiculousness? It's mostly the "which of the following is the most likely diagnosis" and "what is the most appropriate next step" sort of questions that comprise the majority of shelf exam qs?

Mostly, yeah. There may be some pathophys questions but it's mostly relevant stuff (for example, spinal cord syndromes and which part of the cord is affected or something), unlike step 1 and their ridiculous brachial arches or some ****.

Step 2 is infinitely better than Step 1.

Also, what the **** are "receptors"??
