IF i have a graph like one below, what is represented in red

Either the 1st quartile or the 4th quartile. Depending on if your graphing from small down to large or from large up to small. Tell me if the top of that is the max or the lowest and i'll be better able to answer.

This bar is sitting on the X axis and the red part is max. Please see corrections.
