As a senior resident I’m terrified to take level 3. Mind if I ask what score range that bump placed you?Depends how much your specialty engages the material. If you're IM/FM most of your intern year will have prepared you for the exam and you only need a couple hundred questions and becoming familiar with the clinical cases to round it out. At least as a DO, I was super nervous because I only did like 20% of my QBank yet my score was 100 pts higher than my Level 2 board exam.

What are you afraid of, exactly?
I mean, you’re probably not wrong lolOh wow, look, it's the guy who writes cranial questions.
I think I did about two thirds of them in that scenario and I did fine.Hey guys-
If I’m getting average scores (60% correct, 45th percentile) on my first pass of UWorld step 3, am I ok if I only finish, say half of the practice questions?
I’m obviously just trying to pass the exam. Thanks
