Hey guys so my GPA was verified on July 8th and everything else was mailed on July 12.... everything but my last LOE which will be mailed next friday. So my question is, am I still considered an applicant who got their stuff in early July or will they move my files to the pile of applicants that will get their gpas verfied next week because my mailing will not be until then.
Also, my 4th LOE (science backup) will not be handed in for a while. Does this affect my application at all because ill already have my 2 science references and one dental ref by next week?

I think I can answer the second part of your question:

It depends on the schools. If a school only requires 3 letters, you're good to go and your app will start being reviewed. If a school requires 4 letters, then your app might be on hold.

I know this because my dentist LOR didn't get sent until this week, and I called a few schools and asked.

Schools can see your app as soon as it is "mailed out" but if they don't have all they things they require in yet many will push it off until it is complete.

In my case, some schools said I was complete right away, and others didn't email me saying my app was complete until my last letter was in. So depending on the school they will look at your app before your letters are in but I wouldn't count on it. You should still be pretty early though! You'll be fine.
